They quite literally are the BEST flowers in Melbourne!! I drove up from Torquay to purchase some flowers and the quality/customer service were impeccable! Definitely worth the trip!! Thank you for listening to my needs and for making the flowers perfect for my someone special :))

✧ After reading all of the fantastic reviews about "Best Flowers", I decided to purchase a custom bouquet from them for my friend's birthday. ✧ The store's location was accessible and there was plenty of free parking in the surrounding area / streets. ✧ Jay was welcoming and friendly as soon as we walked into the store. We gave Jay a budget to work with, as well as ideas for the colours and style. Jay did a fantastic job at creating the bouquet within a matter of minutes, and checked that we were happy with the arrangement before he wrapped them up. He even checked with us on what colour wrapping and ribbon we wanted -- however, we left that decision in his capable hands! ✧ We also appreciated the range of complimentary greeting cards that could be added to the bouquet. We also added a foil balloon to the bouquet, and Jay was kind enough to show us all the different varieties that we could choose from. ✧ Ultimately, we were so happy with the bouquet – the presentation was perfect and our experience with Jay was faultless. "Best Flowers" has certainly become our new favourite florist and we will certainly be returning in the future for all of our flower needs. We would highly recommend that you check them out on Barkly Street.

Absolutely phenomenal! Such a beautiful bouquet made up by the wonderful Jay! Theme was pink/peonies (unfortunately not in season) - and Jay was able to create this gorgeous piece! Thank you to Jay's wonderful colleague (who I didnt get their name!) for the good chat and his Pokemon buddy too! Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Jay is the best just like how he has the best flowers in Melbourne and the best suit vest annd fit ever! 🙌It was my gf birthday and she really want Ranunculus because she saw them at a wedding and said she loved them but most flowers shops no longer stock them but Jay the legend came through and made it happen with a mix of Ranunculus and grandi roses! Also Jay looks real good their suit vest fit and he sounded super professional which I’ve never experienced or seen before at a flower shop 1000/10 would recommend Jay the legend with the 🔥 fit 💪

Jay is so wonderful, literally the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced, he really goes above and beyond for his customers! I’ve bought from here a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed! The arrangements are always beautiful, they are well worth the money, and I always leave feeling well looked after by Jay and his team. The best, most reasonably priced flowers in all of Melbourne, I can’t justify buying from anywhere else!!

Amazing service and beautiful flowers! Jay was super friendly, fast, and really customised everything exactly how I wanted. He even sent photos to check before finalising, which I really appreciated. truly the most incredible service ever!! i asked for blue flowers to celebrate my brother’s graduation and while it not on the default list and a rare flower to gather, it arrived right when i needed it to! furthermore, to my surprise, the bouquet was soo massive and beautiful. the quality and scent of the flowers is so fresh and top notch! i did not expect such an incredible experience for the price i paid, its incredibly affordable and i will be ordering from here again for future endeavours 🥰💐 °❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:･

Jay was absolutely amazing to deal with. Best Flowers created a beautiful bouquet and sent a photo before it was finalised. They also sent another photo on delivery (which was same day delivery). As I am interstate this was much appreciated. In addition to being beautiful, the flowers were incredibly well priced and Jay adding a small balloon was such a thoughtful touch. The whole process was seamless. Highly recommend. My new go to florist for Melbourne!

Totally impressed with Jay and his service! We lived in the USA and time difference is tough. We sent a message to ask to communicate via WhatsApp and Jay was texting me within 10mins! He was generous and super helpful with helping us send flowers to our kids! Often when you see good reviews, often it’s too good to be true but this florist is LEGIT amazing! Thank you Jay!
